A collection of a few features I designed for Chase mobile.
Overview
A collection of a few quick projects I completed from the Chase mobile backlog. They consist of features already in progress where I designed prototypes to demonstrate behaviors and interactions for product and engineering teams for development.
This prototype demonstrated an affordance I wanted to create in our map to improve usability, using motion and micro-interactions.
As the user is scrolling between the list items, the map centers on the map pin associated with the list item. And as that is happening there is an animated transition to help the user find and focus on the pin.
The ability to set up and send a person to person payment was already available and my role for this project was to add a way for customers to set up a repeating payment to a friend.
To set up a repeat payment, the user has to switch on the “Repeats” toggle. Once on, the repeat payment settings appear and the user can specify the how and when for it.
This is an account checklist for new accounts meant to help drive users to set up a variety of useful features with their account in the first 90 days of it opening.
The checklist had a progress bar as well as checkmarks on each list item to show completion of tasks. If the user tapped a list item, they would be directed to the feature in the mobile app where they could set it up.
