PROJECT OVERVIEW
The Asurion Virtual Agent, AVA, is an AI chatbot for supporting customers with insurance claims or technical support on their website. At this time, Asurion launched a new brand refresh and I was tasked to update their virtual agent's design system with their new brand guidelines.
Asurion's new branding emphasizes a modern, hip, human, simple, and helpful style. It is meant to be flexible to express any concept or story in a clear way. I wanted to carry these visual principles into the new theming of the chatbot's UI components.
Before designing the new components, I audited the existing UI to determine all the components I needed to create.
